Spencer V. "Mr. Elite" Maiers is a long-time webmaster and system administrator for Monolith Productions, having worked there since 1996 (similar to that of long term 3D Realms community manager Joe Siegler). He created the original websites for Blood, Blood II, Shogo and many others. He has also done information technology work for other areas of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The character Spencer Jankowski from F.E.A.R. was named and modelled in his likeness.
