Night Dive Studios, LLC (stylized as Nightdive Studios) is an American video game company based in Vancouver, Washington. The company was founded in 2012 by video game artist Stephen Kick, formerly of Sony Online Entertainment. The company is best known for obtaining rights to classic video games that are no longer available, updating them for compatibility with modern platforms, and re-releasing them into digital distribution. After years of previous speculation, it was announced on December 7, 2018 that they would be releasing a remastered version of Blood under licence from Atari using their in-house Kex Engine. This came to pass on May 9, 2019 as Blood: Fresh Supply. On March 22, 2023, it was announced that Nightdive Studios would be acquired by Atari SA and continue work as a subsidiary. Atari had previously held a minority stake in the company.
