Custom Episode: French Meat
People Juice Factory (TEDE1M4) is the fourth level of the Blood fan add-on French Meat (2012). It takes place in a massive facility that appears to be involved in human and monster experimentation, similar to E4M2: Breeding Grounds or even C3L7: Research and Development.

Walkthrough[edit]
The truck crashes in a graveyard, whereupon Caleb is again beset by the undead, but finds escape through an underground tunnel in a crypt. This leads him into what at first appears to a medical facility, but one with hidden back areas at first inaccessible. Caleb rounds around the surrounding lot to the shipping department, before gaining access to the darker underbelly of torture and human experimentation behind closed doors. His progress first arrested by close quarters encounter with a Cerberus, Caleb then makes his way to the upper levels and finally escapes through a garbage chute.

Secrets[edit]
- In the locker room go to the lockers furthest from both entrance and exit, touch the third locker from end. Reward: Doctor's Bag
- In the morgue throw dynamite at the slab that has two scratches right in front of you as you enter, or try and clip through with some effort. Reward: Life Seed.
- In the room before you get the Fire key there are overalls hanging on a wall with a vent bellow it. destroy the vent cover and venture forth. (blow up the barrels to escape) Reward: Box of Flares, Shotgun shells.
Fun Stuff[edit]
- Among the experiments appears to be genetic research fusing Caleb himself with the defeated 16th incarnation of Tchernobog.
- Similar experiments appear to be conducted in IE2M06: CITADEL from The Way of Ira (2019-2021).

"Ahahaha someone's been taking inspiration from Bloatoid's Hostile Takeover I see... You can make a direct comparison with the Sin Lab and Underwater Lab level in that! The actual opening itself has an 'Even Death May Die' and 'Bloody Pulp Fiction' to it, making your way 100ft below into the insidious and humorous factory made of fresh victims, it's all too quiet at first and that's never a good sign! What I liked about this one was the level of exploration, navigating through air ducts, working your way through cargo areas and doubling back to other regions with constant surprise ambushes along the way. The interior parts are definitely reminiscent of 'Spare Parts' and 'Hostile Takeover' as I already mentioned, the amount of machinery and dim lighting had a spooky industrial feel to it, but the highlight of this level was all the amusing experiments within the chambers along with the hilarious Test Subjects." — Krypto
