Jeffrey S. Graham (Psyren) is a Bloodite who created the first version of Blood TC and later along side Joseph Otey (Doorhenge) created the second version of Blood TC. Joseph Otey later convinced Jeffery Graham to switch engine from the original Doom engine over to the more technically advanced ZDoom engine. Both Joseph Otey and Jeffrey Graham worked on and continue creating ZBlood, with Joseph assuming the main role in its creation mostly because of his greater knowledge of ZDoom.
